ALAMOSA, Colo.— Recent Widefield High School graduate and standout track & field athlete Boris Berian has signed a national letter of intent to continue his educational and running career at Adams State College, Grizzly Director of Cross Country/Track & Field Damon Martin, announced Thursday.

Berian won both the 400 and 800-meter titles at each of the last two (2010 & 2011) 4A State Championships and set new state championship records in both events last year.  Those times of 46.93 and 1:52.18 were also personal bests.
